How a photo becomes a stencil
A normal stencil can only be solid shapes, so faces usually come out flat. A halftone stencil breaks your photo into thousands of dots, big dots in the shadows and small dots in the highlights. From a few feet back your eye blends the dots back into a real photograph. That's how you get a stencil that actually looks like the person.

- We laser cut it in Las Vegas and ship it to you.
What makes a good photo
- A clear face with good light and contrast
- The subject filling most of the frame
- The highest resolution you have. Phone photos are fine.

Sizes
Bigger stencils hold more detail. Portraits work from about 8 inches up, and large portraits can be split into panels for walls and murals.
