This Return Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be considered for products purchased from TasteBueno (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Artist”) via this website. By placing an order, you (“Customer” or “Purchaser”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth below.

1. General Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—limited edition art prints, signed works, and original artwork—all sales made through TasteBueno are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Duplicate orders
  • Dislike of style or subject matter
  • Framing or display concerns
  • Sizing or proportion misunderstandings

Each piece sold through TasteBueno is carefully created and released in small, often hand-numbered editions, many of which will not be reprinted. As such, items are not eligible for restocking or resale.

2. Exceptions – Case-by-Case Review

We recognize that rare and unforeseen issues may occur. Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was received
  • The artwork contains a significant production defect (e.g., major misprint)

In any such event, the Customer must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery using the official Contact Form located at the bottom of this website. This is the only accepted channel for initiating return-related inquiries.

Requests made after 7 days or submitted via email, social media, or any alternative method will not be considered.

When submitting a request, you must include:

Full name and order number

Description of the issue

Clear supporting photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All exception cases will be reviewed and resolved at the sole discretion of TasteBueno.

3. Return Authorization (If Approved)

If your return request is accepted:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

  • Items must be returned in original condition and in the original or equivalent protective packaging

  • The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise stated

  • We must receive and inspect the returned item before any refund or credit is issued

Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. In the case of sold-out or discontinued items, a store credit or alternate resolution may be offered.

4. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives with obvious damage, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs before opening the package

  • Documenting the item, packaging, and shipping label

  • Submitting your claim promptly via our Contact Form

Failure to provide adequate documentation may delay or void a damage-related claim.


5. Digital Products and Commissions

Custom artwork, commissioned pieces, and digital goods are non-refundable once delivery has occurred, unless required by applicable law.

6. Right to Refuse

TasteBueno reserves the right to deny a return, exchange, or refund request at our sole discretion if:

  • The item has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • The return request does not comply with this Policy

  • The issue reported is unsupported by evidence

  • The claim is determined to be fraudulent or abusive

  • The request was not submitted via our Contact Form within the required time frame

7. Policy Revisions

TasteBueno reserves the right to update or revise this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage customers to review this Policy before placing any order.
